Welcome!

Pack 168 is comprised of Kindergarten (Lion) through fifth grade (Webelos II) boys and girls, from both Normandale and Highlands Elementary Schools in Edina, Minnesota.

Our sponsoring organization where we meet is Good Samaritan United Methodist Church, 5730 Grove Street in Edina. Within the Scouting family, we are a member of the Northern Star Council and District K. We are a strong, vibrant and active pack; at present, we have Cub Scouts Dens at all ranks (levels) - Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos I and Webelos II Scouts.

April 2024 Service Project

Pack Service Project at Feed My Starving Children!

On April 25th the pack helped assemble and pack boxes of food for Guatemalan children in need at Feed My Starving Children in Chanhassen and learned more about this wonderful charitable organization.

Webelos I Dog Sledding

In January 2024, the Webelos I den took a three day trip to Ely, MN. This camping trip is a annual tradition for the Webelos I den and includes hiking, snowshoeing and a visit to the International Wolf Center in addition to the trip's highlight: dog sledding in the Superior National Forest.

The pack had a wonderful fall overnight camping weekend on Oct 7th and 8th, a little chilly for those tenting but well worth the fall colors!

2021 Great Big Pumpkin Drop

Curious what dropping a ginormous pumpkin from the top of a Fire Department Tall Ladder Truck looks like? Us too!

On October 14, 2021, Edina Pack 168 held its annual Egg Drop event, where scouts construct 1 cubic foot contraptions to keep an egg from breaking when dropped from the 100ft. Edina Fire Department Ladder Truck. This year, Pack 168 also dropped the Great Big Pumpkin as part of the grand finale. Enjoy!
