2022 Wreath Fundraising

Thank you Pack 168 families, scouts, and customers for participating in our 2022 wreath fundraiser!

Our fundraiser closed on October 28th. Customers, your scout who took your order and payment, or shared how to place your order via the Pack 168 webstore, will be in touch prior to Thanksgiving regarding completing your wreath delivery to your home.

When does the fundraiser begin? Our annual fundraiser takes place in the Fall, and typically wraps up in late October.

What can I use to show customers what wreaths we're selling, and how do I take their order and payment? Wreath fundraiser materials are made available at the beginning of our fundraiser each Fall, and include: (1) Wreath Fundraiser Overview (includes great guidance for how to sell wreaths!), (2) Order Form, (3) Sales Brochure, and (4) Order Form Summary (this is to be turned per participating scout by Oct. 28th).

The Sales Brochure is a Pack 168-specific full color page brochure for you to print out as a sales aid.

But wait…there’s more! There are amazing prizes for our scouts sales efforts.

We are offering the opportunity to receive multiple prizes at different sales levels:

Wreath Fundraising Prizes:

  • Tier 1: Everyone who participates in Wreath sales receives a custom uniform patch

  • Tier 2: (Sell >$250): Choice of $10 Scout Shop gift card or a headlight (plus the Tier 1 prize)

  • Tier 3: (Sell >$500): Choice of $25 Hub Hobby gift card or Camping Solar Panel (plus the Tier 2 and Tier 1 prizes)

  • Grand Prizes (for highest amounts raised overall in the Pack): L.L. Bean Sonic Snow Tube, designed to last a lifetime of snow tubing fun each winter or a Drone!

When do I pickup my wreaths to deliver to my customers? Wreaths (and other items ordered) will be available for pickup at the Johnson's backyard from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday Nov 18th. Items will be sorted and marked by scout name.

Since many online orders were made through the Nelson website we will be sending individual emails with the list of what was ordered in your scout's name. These items need to be picked-up on Friday Nov 18th. If you cannot make it Friday evening, pickup can be done on Saturday morning (items will be left sorted in the backyard). Please contact the Johnsons if you have any questions. Prizes will be distributed during our December pack meeting.
